Violation of these obligations may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of pending transactions, and, where applicable, reporting to the relevant authorities.

Payments, Deposits, and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on raosoft are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). You are responsible for ensuring that funds deposited into your account are from a legitimate source that belongs to you. raosoft does not accept third-party payments or transfers from accounts not registered in your name.
Deposits are processed through available payment channels as displayed on the platform at the time of transaction. Withdrawal requests are subject to standard processing times and identity verification requirements. raosoft reserves the right to conduct additional checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large transaction amounts.

raosoft reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: suspected fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms and Conditions, failure to complete identity verification, or conduct deemed harmful to the platform or other users.
You may also request closure of your own account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any remaining balance that has met the applicable verification and withdrawal requirements will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures. Bonus balances that have not met the required wagering conditions will be forfeited upon closure.
